Dardanelle Regional Medical Center has achieved a remarkable milestone, earning the 2023 Human Experience (HX) Guardian of Excellence Award® for two consecutive years of high employee engagement.

Employee engagement has risen above the 90th percentile in the nation for the second consecutive year. In recognition of this achievement, Dardanelle Regional has been awarded the 2023 Human Experience (HX) Guardian of Excellence Award® winner by Press Ganey.

As a winner of the Press Ganey HX Guardian of Excellence Award®, Dardanelle Regional Medical Center has been in the top percentage of healthcare providers in employee experience over the last two years. This award is part of Press Ganey's annual ranking of the country's top hospitals and health systems, according to employee experience performance.
