Employee Recognition

Conway Regional Health System is an active participant in the DAISY awards program. DAISY is an international recognition program that honors and celebrates the skillful, compassionate care that nurses provide every day. The DAISY Foundation was established by the family of J. Patrick Barnes after he died from complications of the auto-immune disease ITP in 1999. The family was so moved by the care that Patrick and his family received during his hospitalization that they felt compelled to say thank you in a very public way.

The BEE (Be Exceptional Everyday) award has been added to recognize all non-nursing caregivers.
