Hi, my name is Huiping Shi. I am honored to be one of the internal medicine residents at Conway Regional. I find it deeply meaningful to help people when they need support, both physically and psychologically. I have also had a long-standing interest in internal medicine because I want to explore the mystery of life, understand how the body works, and use that knowledge to care for people. To me, medicine is not only about treating illness but also about listening, understanding, and being present for people when they need it most.

I am very thankful to be part of the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Conway Regional. From the first day, I felt welcomed by everyone here. The entire hospital community is supportive and approachable, creating an environment that truly feels like a family. Training in Conway adds to this experience—the friendliness of people both inside and outside the hospital makes it a wonderful place to live and learn. It is a place where I feel at home and encouraged to grow into the kind of physician that patients can trust.

Outside of medicine, I enjoy cooking, trying new recipes, and exploring different cuisines. I love eating delicious food and watching documentaries about it. Learning about the culture, history, and creativity behind what we eat is both inspiring and relaxing for me.
