Conway Regional Medical Center is amid our triennial Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) process. You are invited to participate in a survey that will help identify the key areas of focus for our community health improvement efforts over the next three years. The survey consists of ten multi-part questions and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
