Victoria Floyd, RN, has received the DAISY Award at Conway Regional for her integrity, compassion, and teamwork.

From the start of each shift, she shows integrity by addressing concerns early, ensuring patient safety, and fostering clear communication among her team.

Victoria is known for compassionate patient care. She listens, eases concerns, and creates a calm, supportive environment for patients and families. She treats each person individually, avoiding a one-size-fits-all approach.

As a charge nurse, she continues to grow as a team player by asking questions and looking for ways to improve. She created an organizational checklist now used across the department to help improve workflow and patient care.

Additionally, she consistently takes on extra shifts, demonstrating her dedication to her team and to providing high-quality care.
