Dardanelle Regional’s Behavioral Health Services Achieves National Award as Signet Health’s Best Clinical Program

“This honor is indicative of the quality, compassion, and dedication of Dardanelle Regional’s behavioral health team. Our team of dedicated providers, clinical and support staff are fully dedicated to the health and safety of our patients and that is shown through this national achievement," Alan Finley, President of Dardanelle Regional Medical Center.

Dardanelle Regional’s Behavioral Health Services has been awarded Signet Health’s 2024 Advocacy Award for Best Clinical Program.

The Dardanelle Regional Behavioral Health  team was officially presented with the Signet Health award during a recognition event on February 26. The award recognizes the team for their compassion, quality metrics, and commitment to increasing effective care delivery and improving clinical outcomes. This team achieved this through the implementation of thoughtful solutions, strategies, and best practices to ensure quality patient care.

“This honor is indicative of the quality, compassion, and dedication of Dardanelle Regional’s behavioral health team,” said Alan Finley, President of Dardanelle Regional Medical Center. “Our team of dedicated providers, clinical and support staff are fully dedicated to the health and safety of our patients and that is shown through this national achievement.”

The Dardanelle Behavioral Health team includes Senior Behavioral Health (SBH), an inpatient service for individuals ages 60 and older who need short-term (10 to 14 days) mental health care. An individualized treatment plan is developed for each patient. Additionally, SBH schedules daily therapeutic activities to prepare patients for a smooth transition back to the home or an appropriate long-term care facility.

The inpatient services are complemented by the Dardanelle Regional Intensive Outpatient Program which offers assistance to adults who experience struggles with their mental health. The Intensive Outpatient program meets two to three times a week for group therapy on topics such as life skills, coping skills, grief, and more. Along with group therapy, patients may also participate in individual therapy and receive medication management and visits from a psychiatrist once a month.

This award was open to all acute physical rehabilitation and behavioral health programs within Signet Health, with submissions based on activities from the year 2024. Signet Health has partnered with hospitals like Dardanelle Regional Medical Center to provide expertise in behavioral healthcare, acute physical rehabilitation, and additional services for 25 years.

“Recognizing these teams and highlighting how they make a difference—whether by improving patient outcomes, raising awareness, or advocating for those in need—also serves to inspire others to strive for excellence,” said Blake Browder, CEO of Signet Health. “I’m proud to celebrate and honor those nominated for their dedication and outstanding work.”
