Scout Nabholz Wins BEE Award

An older gentleman who has been receiving therapy for several years at the Greenbrier therapy clinic feels like a part of the Conway Regional family. Recently, he left his glasses at the clinic and Scout drove his glasses to his house on her lunch break so that he didn't have to travel back to retrieve them, according to a coworker who nominated Scout for the Be Exceptional Every Day Award. It recognizes non-nursing healthcare team members who provide exceptional service.

Congratulations to Scout Nabholz, a team member at Conway Regional Therapy Center - Greenbrier, who is the latest recipient of the Be Exceptional Everyday (BEE) award!

Scout's coworkers describe her work as graceful and compassionate. She spends extra time helping patients with tasks outside of her job role, and you will always see patients stopping by her desk to say hello.

"We have an older gentleman who has been receiving therapy for several years, and he feels like a part of our family. Last week, he left his glasses at the clinic, and Scout drove his glasses to his house on her lunch break so that he didn't have to travel back to retrieve them," said the coworker who nominated Scout.

The BEE award honors non-nursing healthcare team members who provide exceptional service. Winners receive a hand-carved stone statue called the "Healer's Touch, " symbolizing compassion and caring, a reserved parking spot, and cinnamon rolls.
