Clinical Advancement Program

Program focuses on professional advancement and recognition of CRHS' clinical team members and on enhancing our clinical practice environments.

Yearly bonuses for participants at the Clinician III and Clinician IV levels.

Tuition Reimbursement Program

Employees who are full time or part time with benefits are eligible to receive up to $5,200 of tuition reimbursement per calendar year for attending a qualifying college program ($20,800 maximum lifetime benefit per employee).

Contact Hours

CRHS is an approved provider of contact hours for nursing continuing education programs.

Shared Governance (PCSG)

Employees can get involved in PCSG by participating in their department council or a functional council. Conway Regional’s inter professional shared governance model was the third in the nation to be accredited by the Forum for Shared Governance. Nurse Residency

A six-month-long program designed to help our new nurse graduates transition from the role of student nurse into the role of a professional nurse.

Resuscitation Quality Improvement Program

CRHS is the first health system in the state to implement the American Heart Association's RQI program.

RQI is an evidence-based program that improves patient outcomes while allowing employees to renew their BLS, ACLS and PALS onsite, during work hours, without having to attend a traditional class. Accessing your RQI assignments may be done through the NetLearning system.

SIM Labs

CRHS has three SIM Labs with high-fidelity patient simulators.

  • SimMan® Essential - allows staff to train on the core skills of airway, breathing, cardiac and circulation management for multiple healthcare disciplines.
  • Noelle® Maternal and Neonatal Birthing Simulator - allows staff to train on core labor and delivery skills as well as deliveries with complications such as shoulder dystocia, breech presentation and uterine rupture.
  • Baby Hal® - allows staff to train on post-delivery care for the newborn.
