Visiting Hours
Visitors are welcome daily after 4:00 pm and by arrangement at other times. We encourage families to observe or participate in therapy sessions and recreational activities at the treatment team's discretion. At certain times, family members, significant and/or certified others may be asked to wait until a therapy session is over before visiting. Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. For the sake of your health and that of others in the unit, please discourage visitors who may have colds or other communicable conditions from coming for a visit.
Pricing Transparency
CMS (Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services) has mandated that all hospitals post their payer specific negotiated rates online.
Conway Regional Rehab only provides inpatient services. Inpatient rehab hospitals are reimbursed differently than regular inpatient hospitals. Medicare and similar insurances pay rehab hospitals based on Case Mix Group (CMG) codes, which categorizes a patient according to the primary diagnosis, functional level and age. And each CMG code has an average length of stay (LOS). Other payers pay a flat rate per day.
