My name is Andrew Cook. I was born at Conway Regional, and grew up here in Conway and in Greenbrier. I am a graduate of Greenbrier High School, University of Arkansas at Fort Smith, and Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa.

When it came time to think about where I wanted to do residency, coming back home to Conway was a no-brainer. This hospital is a special place — I have never worked or rotated anywhere that has a culture quite like Conway Regional. It is such an honor to give back to the community that raised me. When I am not in the hospital, you will find me spending time with my wife Bethany and son Carter, cycling, spending time with my church family at Second Baptist, or checking out Little Rock’s latest and greatest restaurant!
