At Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center, our personal trainers, coaches and fitness staff aim to educate, enhance and empower the lives of the people in our community through health education courses, individualized fitness and sports performance programs and sports conditioning camps.

Fitness Assessment/Consultation

Fitness assessments are required before beginning personal training. Fitness assessments are designed to evaluate your current fitness level and establish a baseline for training. It also evaluates the progress of a workout plan. Please visit the fitness desk for details on pricing and scheduling of an appointment.

The Intro to Personal Training Package is required for anyone new to personal training with the Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center. This includes a one-hour fitness assessment, Functional Movement Screening (FMS) and eight 30-minute sessions with a trainer of your choice.
