Terms of Membership
It is important to us that you fully understand the terms and conditions of your membership at Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center. If you have any questions or comments concerning your membership, please contact the center at (501) 450-9292 ext. 302.
You will be required to pay a $25 service charge on any returned payment. You may pay your service charge and the amount of the payment by cash or money order. All charges must be paid by the end of the current month or they will be added to your electronic funds transfer in the following month.
You may cancel your membership any time within the first 14 days of membership. After the first 14 days, you must continue membership for a minimum of twelve billing periods. The contract may be terminated after twelve months by submitting a written notice 30 days prior to cancellation. Please note that any money you have paid prior to cancellation is non-refundable. If your membership lapses for any reason, the joining fee is applicable upon renewal. Paid-in full and short-term membership cannot be cancelled.
You may freeze your membership for personal reasons up to six months per year by submitting the appropriate form to the Business Office prior to the month/months requested. You will be charged a hold fee of $10 per month. All members on the contract will be unable to use the facility while the contract is on hold. Medical freezes require a written statement from a physician in addition to the official freeze request. Freezes do not count toward satisfying the initial twelve month membership requirement. Corporate and short term contracts can not use the freeze option.
Guests and Short Term Options
Guests are always welcome at the Health and Fitness Center. Guests must register at the membership desk and pay a guest fee. A parent or guardian must sign a waiver for all guests under the age of 18 and age-specific guidelines must be observed.
Short term options (18+ only unless otherwise specified)

Emergency exits are clearly marked throughout the center. In the event of an emergency, contact the nearest staff member and follow instructions. Fire alarms are located throughout the center. Notify a staff member immediately regarding any accident or injury.
Members should behave in a mature manner at all times. No foul language, fighting or threats of any kind will be tolerated. First time offenders will be asked to leave the premises. We reserve the right to discontinue membership for any reason at any time.
General parking is available for members in the West lot. Additional parking is available in the North and South lots.
Parking spaces for physical therapy and rehabilitation patients are located directly in front of the building. They are reserved from 7:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Handicapped spaces are reserved at all times.
Telephone & Messages
A courtesy phone is located in the lobby. Please avoid using other telephones intended for staff use. Members will be paged to the phone only in an emergency.
What to Wear
Our fitness center is focused on good health and fitness for our members. In order to maintain a comfortable and non-intimidating environment, we ask that our members follow these simple guidelines:
Most any type of workout clothing is acceptable. Members can wear long or short pants, however the upper garment must cover the midriff and women's attire should reflect a modest neckline. Swimsuits are permitted in the wet area only. We require closed toe shoes for the fitness area and recommend water shoes for the pool area. Members should wear non-marking exercise shoes in the aerobic and racquetball areas.
We ask that exercise attire not be offensive in any way and should be neat and clean. All apparel must be finished or hemmed (no cut-off jeans, shirts or necklines). Obscenities on shirts are not allowed.
Food & Bevarges
The members' lounge is located on the first floor. A vending area is available for purchase of foods and beverages. No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises. Food is restricted to the members' lounge and vending areas. Beverages in open containers are permitted in the members' lounge and vending areas. Sealed water bottles may be used in any area of the facility.
Restrooms are located on the first floor in each locker room.
Many of our cardiovascular machines have televisions installed for use while you are exercising. These require your own personal headphones. If you choose a machine without a television installed you may use your portable radio and personal headphones to tune in to the television that is set up for those machines.
Lost & Found
Any items found should be turned in at the service desk. The items will be retained for a two-week period. Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
The multifunctional area offers MONDO® sport turf and athletic flooring. This area allows members to play basketball, volleyball and pickle ball while also utilizing functional training and sports performance. The TRX® system, med balls, kettle bells and more are available on the multifunctional area, in addition to mounted TRX® straps on the wall. TRX® suspension trainers offer a variety of bodyweight exercised to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Rules for the Multifunctional area:
- Scheduled group classes and personal training has priority use of the area. All other times, it is first come first serve.
- No black soled shoes are allowed (non-marking shoes only)
- The sled is not allowed on the basketball court, only the turf.
- No baseball, softball or golf is allowed.
- No food or drink (water ONLY.)
- All fitness equipment must remain in the multifunctional area.
- Children under the age of 12 are not allowed on the equipment and must be supervised in the area.
- Children ages 12-16 may use the equipment with parental/guardian supervision.
Racquetball courts may be reserved by calling (501) 450-9292 ext. 300.
Eleven laps on our indoor walking/jogging track equals one mile. Check the directional sign adjacent to the track to determine the designated direction for the traffic. Running and walking in the same direction is required. The inside lane is reserved for walkers; outside lane is reserved for joggers. Participants should enter and leave the track with extreme caution. The outdoor track is located east of the facility. Five to eight laps equal one mile. The same rules apply for the outdoor track.
The new Tucker Creek Trail Extension entrance is also accessible from our south parking lot.
After hours facility rental is available to members for the pool, basketball courts and conference rooms for parties and special events. Call the membership desk to inquire about fees and availability at (501) 450-9292 ext. 302.
Permanent lockers are available for $120 per year or $10 per month. Daily use lockers are available at no charge on a per visit basis. Members and guests are responsible for providing locks and securing their lockers. Any locks remaining on day use lockers over night will be removed and the contents placed in Lost & Found. Please do not put anything valuable in lockers. Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Male children ages six and older are not allowed in the women's locker room. Likewise, female children of the same age are not allowed in the men's locker room. There is a private restroom available in the hall beyond the main reception desk or a curtained changing area on the pool deck if you prefer not to be separated from your child.
Any of our employees can assist you if you have questions while at the center. If you would like to write down a suggestion, comment or problem, please fill out a suggestion card which can be found in several locations throughout the building.
