With the fitness membership, you receive an orientation, unlimited use of all facilities featuring strength training equipment, aerobics classes, indoor aquatics area, the walking/jogging tracks and racquetball courts.
A corporate membership opens the doors to health and fitness for your employees. Studies show that individuals who exercise regularly have lower on-the-job injuries and absenteeism rates, as well as higher morale. Contact Member Services at (501) 450-9292, ext. 302 about creating a corporate membership plan for your employees.
Summer memberships are great for students, individuals, families or others wishing to stay fit throught the summer. These memberships are available May 1 through August 31 and have a 3-month minimum with no joining fee. For more information, click here.

Seniors receive a 20% discount
Orientations are a free service recommended for all new members. The orientation only takes 30 minutes and will review fitness center rules, regulations, programs and promotions. It also offers a brief introduction to the proper usage of cardiovascular and strength training equipment available upstairs on the fitness floor.
Charging to Account
Members may charge services and pro shop items to their personal membership accounts. Charges will appear on the next month's billing draft. For complete details, call (501) 450-9292 and ask to speak to a member service representative. Some restrictions may apply.
Member Referral Incentive
Refer a member and save $5 toward an existing account. Newly referred members will receive $50 off the joining fee.
Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center has important rules and policies regarding children:
- Youth ages 14-17 who are on a membership can use the center without a parent being on the premisis
- Youth ages 12-13 who are on a membership can use the center as long as a parent is on the premises. Parent can not leave the building. Teen orientation is required for ages 12-15.
- Children 11 and under who are on a membership can use the lower level of the center under direct supervision of their parent. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed on the second level of the center.
