Classes and Programs are offered year round at the Conway Regional Health and Fitness Center. Below are a list of programs and classes being offered for adults, seniors and kids. Check back regularly for updated information.
Diabetes Exercise Program
The American Diabetes Association recommends 30 minutes of moderate to vigorous internsity aerobic exercise, at least five days a week or a total of 150 minutes per week. Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center is offering an eight-session class just for individuals. Click for details
The pool is open year round with classes and programs for children and adults at all skill levels. Programs are available for both members and non-members including swim lessons and more. Visit the Aquatics page for more information.
Conway Crocs Swim Team
Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center offers a competitive swim team for kids ages 5-18. The Conway Crocs swim team offers kids a way to stay active in the summer and learn good sportsmanship as they compete against other swim teams in Central Arkansas. Participants will learn all four strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breastroke and butterfly.

Kids in the Kitchen
This interactive, kid-friendly nutrition class is designed to teach children ages 5 to 12 how to help their parents prepare meals. When kids are involved in cooking they are more likely to each the foods provided. The class is taught by a registered dietitian. Click for upcoming session!

Kids Run Arkansas
- Kids Run Arkansas® had a another great year with kiddos from 43 different schools and four different counties in attendance! A total of 1,024 participated in the 10 Year Celebration of Kids Run Arkansas, presented by Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center. Groovy Smiles Pediatric Dentistry was again the title sponsor. Each year, the schools with the highest percentage of participation are awarded scholarships for their physical education programs. This year’s scholarships totaled $10,000 ($2,000 increase from 2017!!!) and were awarded to: St. Joseph, $2,500; Woodrow Cummins, $2,250; Anne Watson of Bigelow, $1,500; Jim Stone, $1,200; Ellen Smith, $900; Conway Christian, $400; Theodore Jones, $300; Marguerite Vann, $225 and Ruth Doyle, $160.
Kids Triathlon Training Camp
Training for kids ages, 6 to 15 by an experience triathlete and personal trainer. Check back for information about upcoming programs.
Moving For A Medal

TRX Next Level
TRX training is all about body weight & suspension strap exercises. It focuses on strength, balance, flexibility, cardio, muscle endurance & specifically core stability. This type of training is great for all levels of fitness, all the way from beginner to elite. Every exercise can be modified to become easier or more challenging. Each session is completely different than the last, so come on in & enjoy some new workout routines & watch your body transform!
Silver Sneakers is a national wellness program that allows older adults to take greater control of their health through a health and fitness center membership for people who are eligible for Medicare or to group retirees. Health plans around the country offer the opportunity to be a part of the SilverSneakers award-winning program.
