Classes and Programs are offered year round at the Conway Regional Health and Fitness Center. Below are a list of programs and classes being offered for adults, seniors and kids. Check back regularly for updated information.
NEW---Cancer Fitness Program
Exercise can help cancer patients and survivors maximize their recovery and prevention for long term health.Our Cancer Fitness program is designed to help you get started the right way.Sessions are Wednesdays, 1-2 pm, and include a four-week gym membership for non-members. Click to learn more.
Diabetes Exercise Program
The American Diabetes Association recommends 30 minutes of moderate to vigorous internsity aerobic exercise, at least five days a week or a total of 150 minutes per week. Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center is offering an eight-session class just for individuals. The next sessions begin July11 and includes individual consultation and pre and post fitness assessments. Click for details

Ever wished you could have a Dietitian or a personal chef in the kitchen with you? Now is your chance to learn step-by-step instructions for how to plan, prepare & execute healthy eating at home – saving both your calories and money without sacrificing flavor. Meal Prep 101 is instructed by Sarah Money, MS, RDN, LD. The program is a partnership with UCA Outreach & is ideal for anyone interested in learning to meal prep.
Pre & Post Natal Fitness Class
Pre & Post Natal Fitness Class will combine cardio, strength training & post-natal abdominal exercises to help moms strengthen their bodies while bonding with their babies in the process! *This class is for moms & babies ages 6-weeks to one year. Find more information here!

Conway Crocs Swim Team
Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center offers a competitive swim team for kids ages 5-18. The Conway Crocs swim team offers kids a way to stay active in the summer and learn good sportsmanship as they compete against other swim teams in Central Arkansas. Participants will learn all four strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breastroke and butterfly.

Kids in the Kitchen
This interactive, kid-friendly nutrition class is designed to teach children ages 5 to 12 how to help their parents prepare meals. When kids are involved in cooking they are more likely to each the foods provided. The class is taught by a registered dietitian. For more information, click here.

Kids Run Arkansas
Kids Run Arkansas was a huge success this year with 1,116 registered & 45 different schools represented. Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center awarded $8,000 in scholarships to local schools physical education programs. 2017 will be a big celebration with our 10 year anniversary – stay tuned for more information!
Kids Triathlon Training Camp

Moving For A Medal
Kids on the Move ends May 3, but we have some exciting news! This summer, we are adding an afternoon/evening session of Moving for a Medal. Register your child for 9-11am or 4-6pm. The cost is $10 per child, per session. The morning & afternoon/evening sessions will offer different activities. Click here for more information.

TRX Next Level
TRX training is all about body weight & suspension strap exercises. It focuses on strength, balance, flexibility, cardio, muscle endurance & specifically core stability. This type of training is great for all levels of fitness, all the way from beginner to elite. Every exercise can be modified to become easier or more challenging. Each session is completely different than the last, so come on in & enjoy some new workout routines & watch your body transform! Click here for more information.
Triathlon Training Camp for Adults
Conway Regional will hold its first Triathlon Training Camp for Adults. Weekly training sessions will begin Friday, June 23 and continue into July. Sessions will focus on four disciplines: swimming, biking, running and transition. Click here for more information.
Silver Sneakers is a national wellness program that allows older adults to take greater control of their health through a health and fitness center membership for people who are eligible for Medicare or to group retirees. Health plans around the country offer the opportunity to be a part of the SilverSneakers award-winning program.
