Doors will open to the public at 7:30 am.  Admission is free.  No registration required.  Open to women of all ages to learn more about health issues, as well as the latest advances in women's medicine.  Enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast provided by Trillium Park, along with free fitness class demonstrations, health information and health screenings.

 Retuning this year is build a first aid kit. Kids and  moms alike enjoyed the chance to build their own first aid kit last year, so we are doing it again this year. Be one of the first 300 to come by and build yours.
