Education
Conway Regional's Education Center provides orientation, in-service and competency assessment programs for employees, volunteers and contract staff and continuing education for health care professionals. The Education Center is an accredited American Heart Association Training Center, providing classes in basic life support, advanced cardiac life support and pediatric advanced life support. 
- Orientation for new employees is flexible and individualized to the job title. Simulation technology and evaluation of skills are incorporated into the process when appropriate.
- Competency Assessment Programs using Sim Man and Noelle, high-fidelity simulation manikins, provide opportunities to improve skills specific to the population of patients served.
- Conway Regional provides a great deal of continuing education for health care professionals in the community, state and region including conferences and other opportunities. Our Continuing Nursing Education Provider Unit has been recognized as "Best Practice" by the Arkansas Nurses Association Continuing Education Approval Committee. Educational activities are frequently open to both employees and guests.

Conway Regional Health System is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by Arkansas Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurse Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
