Amy Routt, a personal trainer at the Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center, visited KATV's Good Morning Arkansas on Friday, August 30, to demonstrate back-to-school workouts. As students start to go back to school, it has become easy to run out of time for a trip to the gym or even exercise in general.
Amy offered tips on how to stay on track with your exercise plan even as your free time runs out. She discussed what types of workouts will get the best results in the shortest amount of time. Watch below as Amy and KATV news anchor Chris Kane demonstrate a quick workout.
