"Communicating with Sensitivity" is a collaboration between Conway Regional Health System and the University of Central Arkansas to provide the community with a guide to dealing with difficult situations. At some point in life, everyone experiences grief or loss - and it is hard to know what to say to ease someone's pain. This video will help in finding the right way to respond to the pain of others in a comforting and helpful way.
