Our leadership team conducts regular patient safety rounds. As a part of those rounds, a leadership team member may visit with you about your experience here at Conway Regional. You may also receive the Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey in the mail. I invite you to share your thoughts regarding your experience with Conway Regional. We appreciate and value your candid feedback. Through your comments and suggestions, we can quickly identify issues and make improvements.
