If you have insurance coverage, Conway Regional will gladly assist you in filing your claim, provided the hospital has complete information (policy numbers and forms) at the time of admission. If you have visited our Emergency Services department, please remember to notify your insurance company. Your policy may not cover your visit if you do not call. Your insurance contract is between you and your insurance carrier; so, you have primary responsibility to the Medical Center for the amount of the bill.
If you do not have insurance, you will be referred to an Account Coordinator to assist you with financial arrangements by calling (501) 450-2127. The Account Coordinator assists patients or family members with questions or problems concerning the patient's insurance coverage, payment options, and/or collection procedures. Conway Regional Medical Center also has financial counselors to assist you in reimbursement of medical services rendered. A financial counselor has been assigned to you alphabetically by last name. You may reach your financial counselor by calling (501) 450-2121. Ask your financial counselor about eligibility requirements for Conway Regional's Installment Pay Plan. Our professional management services arrangement with First Security Bank provides a flexible payment schedule that may ease your financial burden.
As a not-for-profit hospital, Conway Regional makes financial assistance available to eligible patients receiving medically necessary or emergent care.
