Group Exercise

Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center offers a friendly, healthy environment for workout participants at all levels. We offer a variety of over 60 classes throughout the week in a safe, effective, comfortable and caring atmosphere.

Our instructors are trained and certified and adhere to the highest standards of professionalism in the industry and always stay up on the latest trends to provide the most innovative and motivating class formats.

Group Exercise Schedule

Class options include:

Cardio & Strength Intervals (CSI) This class will challenge participants with various stations & timed intervals.     
Core Strength 25-minutes of abdominal and back work.
Down to Earth Yoga This 35-40 minute format offers a floor based practice focusing on core strength & relieving stress in the low back, hips, neck & shoulders.
FLOW Yoga Vinyasa yoga format that synchronizes movement with breath, linking postures together into a dynamic 45 - 60 min practice W & 30 min practice T & Th.
Indoor Cycle 45-60 minute challenge for the body, ride for the mind & celebration for the soul. Beginners are welcome.
Overdrive This high intensity interval training class pushes you to the max. From tabata to sprint training, this workout features a variety HIIT techniques. All out work efforts are alternated with brief recovery periods to provide a total body workout.
Pilates This class is designed to strengthen & tone the core of the body while also improving flexibility. *45 - 60 min
Power Push Work up a sweat with this effective calorie-burning combo utilizing weights & bodyweight! A 30 minute fast-paced class designed to engage all muscle groups. Minimal rest, all out effort.
SilverSneakers® Classic Have fun and move to the music through a variety  of  exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing and a ball are offered  for resistance.
SilverSneakers® Yoga Yoga for our senior population using a chair. *Shoe-friendly
Step A 45 minute, beginner to intermediate, choreographed routine of stepping up & down on an elevated platform. Increase your heart rate, burn calories & have fun!
Strength Express An express weight class designed to discover & push your muscle strength & endurance limits in a fast-paced, efficient workout. *40 min
The Grind

This 45 minute format will utilize the TRX, Ropes & cardio! This class is geared for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.

Triple Threat Anything goes in this total body workout! It includes a spectrum of plyometric & equipment-based challenging exercises with brief recoveries that will promote cardio, core & strength fitness in a fun variety of formats.*40-45 min
Unwind Yoga Come ready to unwind your mind, body and spirit in this gentle, restorative style yoga format. All levels encouraged. 45 min format on F, 30 min on W.
Weight Training This 50-60 minute class uses weights & various equipment to work the entire body. Come learn proper form and technique!
Work It! This class offers a full body workout that incorporates unique pieces of equipment like the BOSU, battle ropes, TRX straps, gliding discs & more.
Yoga with a Twist A 30 minute yoga class focused on the core & opening the chest, back & shoulders. *All levels welcome.
Zumba®

This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will get you moving!

Zumba® Gold

This class is a lower impact, easy to follow version of our popular Zumba® classes.
