Group Exercise

Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center offers a friendly, healthy environment for workout participants at all levels. We offer a variety of over 60 classes throughout the week in a safe, effective, comfortable and caring atmosphere.

Our instructors are trained and certified and adhere to the highest standards of professionalism in the industry and always stay up on the latest trends to provide the most innovative and motivating class formats.

Group Exercise Schedule During Construction

The gym floor (basketball courts) will be under construction beginning Monday, October 24. We are excited to replace the current flooring with quality MONDO surface on half the court and field turf on the other.

 During construction, the gym area (basketball courts) and the Group Exercise Studio will be closed. We will offer a reduced Group Exercise schedule during the construction.  We will offer 29 classes, instead of the normal 53. 

 A reduced schedule is located on the back of the October Group Exercise schedule.

 Please note that classes will be held either in the multi-purpose classroom or outside, unless it is a cycle class or aquatics class. If your regularly scheduled class is not listed on the reduced schedule, then it will not be offered during construction.

 As with any construction, the start date and reduced schedule is subject to change.

Class options include:

Battle Ropes
This new format combines high intensity and balance for a fun & challenging workout. Participants will use battle ropes & BOSU trainers in this 45 minute class designed to burn fat & make you sweat!
Cardio Station Intervals This class will challenge participants with various stations & timed intervals.              
Core Strength 25-minutes of abdominal and back work.
Down to Earth Yoga This 35-40 minute format will offer a floor based practice focusing on core strength and relieving stress in the low back, hips, neck & shoulders.
Express Cycle This 25-30 minute format offers a quick, heart-pumping ride -- get in, get out, burn calries and have fun!
Feel Good Flow Yoga A yoga practice designed to just make you feel good! A combination of traditional flow with deep stretching at the end. A perfect way to start your weekend! 45 - 60 min practice.
FLOW Yoga Vinyasa yoga format that synchronizes movement with breath, linking the postures together into a dynamic 45 - 60 min practice on W & 30 min practice on T & Th.
Indoor Cycle 45-60 minute challenge for the body, ride for the mind & celebration for the soul. Beginners are welcome.
Overdrive Shift your workout into overdrive! Overdrive is a high intensity interval training class that pushes you to the max. From tabata to sprint training, this workout features a variety HIIT techniques. All out work efforts are alternated with brief recovery periods to provide a total body workout with maximum results.
Pilates This class is designed to strengthen and tone the core of the body while  improving flexibility. 45-60 minutes.
Power Push Work up a sweat with this effective calorie-burning combo utilizing weights & bodyweight! A 30 minute fast-paced class designed to engage all muscle groups.  Minimal rest, all out effort.
SilverSneakers® Classic Have fun and move through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support. Tuesday & Thursday classes are offered at a gentler pace.
SilverSneakers® Yoga Yoga for our senior population using a chair. Shoe-friendly class.
Step A 45 minute, beginner to intermediate, choreographed routine of stepping up and down on an elevated platform. Increase your heart rate, burn calories & have fun!
The Grind This 45 minute format will utilize the TRX, Ropes & cardio! This class is geared for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.
Unwind Yoga Come ready to unwind your mind, body and spirit in this gentle, restorative style yoga format. All levels encouraged. 45 min format on F, 30 min on W.
Weight Training This 60-minute class uses weights and various equipment to work the entire body. Come learn proper form and technique!
Yoga Beginnings A four-week series for those new to yoga or individuals who would like a fresh start with their practice. Yoga Beginnings will be offered September 8, 15, 22 & 29.
Yoga with a Twist A 30 minute yoga class focused on the core & opening the chest, back and shoulders. *All levels welcome.
Zumba® This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will get you moving! pace.
Zumba® Gold This class is a lower impact, easy to follow version of our popular Zumba® classes.
