Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center offers a friendly, healthy environment for workout participants at all levels. We offer a variety of over 60 classes throughout the week in a safe, effective, comfortable and caring atmosphere.

Our instructors are trained and certified and adhere to the highest standards of professionalism in the industry and always stay up on the latest trends to provide the most innovative and motivating class formats.

Class options include:

Battle Ropes
This new format combines high intensity balance for a fun & challening workout. Participants will use battle ropes & BOSU trainers in this 45 minute class designed to burn fat & make you sweat! Class limit: 12
Booty Burn This 25-30 minute format is designed to shape and fine tune your derriere. This short but focused class will help you build a better backside.
Core Strength 25-minutes of abdominal and back work.
Down to Earth Yoga This new 35 minute format will offer a floor based ptractice focusing on relieving stress in the neck, shoulders and back.
Express Cycle This 25-30 minute format offers a quick, heart-pumping ride -- get in, get out, burn calries and have fun!
Feel Good Flow Yoga A yoga practice designed to just make you feel good! A combination of traditional flow with deep stretching at the end. A perfect way to start your weekend! 45-60 min practice
FLOW Yoga Vinyasa yoga format that synchronizes movement with breath, linking the postures together into a dynamic 45- 60 min practice.
Hip Hop Style Be ready to dance, sweat and have fun in this high energy format!
Indoor Cycle 45-60-minute challenge for the body, ride for the mind and celebration for the soul. Beginners are welcome.
Overdrive Shift your workout into overdrive! Overdrive is a high intensity interval training class that pushes you to the max. From tabata to sprint training, this workout features a variety HIIT techniques. All out work efforts are alternated with brief recovery periods to
provide a total body workout with maximum results.
Pilates This class is designed to strengthen and tone the core of the body while  improving flexibility. 45-60 minutes.
Power Push Work up a sweat with this effective calorie-burning combo utilizing weights & bodyweight! A 30 minute fast-paced class designed to engage all muscle groups.  Minimal rest, all out effort.
Shock It! A class that offers motivation with a little friendly competition using circuits! This class meets in the gym. 45 - 60 minutes.
SilverSneakers® Classic Have fun and move through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support. Tuesday & Thursday classes are offered at a gentler pace.
Step A 45 minute, beginner to intermediate, choreographed routine of stepping up and down on an elevated platform. Increase your heart rate, burn calories & have fun!
Strength Yoga A 30 minute yoga class focused on challenging the body & mind, while creating heat! *All levels welcome, modifications provided.
The Grind This 45 minute format will utilize the TRX, Ropes & cardio! Limit of 12 & is geared for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.
Unwind Yoga Come ready to unwind your mind, body and spirit in this gentle, restorative style yoga format. All levels encouraged. 45 min format.
Weight Training This 60-minute class uses weights and various equipment to work the entire body. Come learn proper form and technique!
Yoga Renewal A renewing, relaxing opportunity to absorb all basic yoga poses have to offer through focused awareness, slow transitions, tiny adjustments, and lingering pauses. Each thematic class offers yoga, stretching, and guided relaxation segments in a community building, non-threatening atmosphere.
Yoga with a Twist A 30 minute yoga class focused on the core & opening the chest, back and shoulders. *All levels welcome.
Zumba® This class offers hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will get you moving.
Zumba® Gold This class is a lower impact, easy to follow version of our popular Zumba® classes.
