The Cost Estimator is designed to provide a "good faith" estimate of the cost of a particular procedure or service at Conway Regional Health System. It important to remember this is only an estimate and actual cost for services rendered may vary depending upon your specific medical needs at the time of the service or treatment as determined by your physician.
Final determination of eligibility and benefits are determined at the time the claim is processed by the insurance company. Any services determined non-covered under your plan are the patient's responsibility. Charges from your physician or physicians affiliated with the hospital will be billed separately by their offices and are not included on this estimate. You may also receive separate billing statements, in addition to those from Conway Regional Health System, for other professional services for anesthesia, radiology and pathology.
