Boot Camp, a weight management program, is offered several times throughout the year. Boot Camp challenges participants through discipline and hard work in a creative military type atmosphere that is geared towards improving one's health! This program is open to members and non-members 15 and older with levels for beginners all the way to elite athlete.
Boot Camp, offers small group sessions of 8-15 people allowing you to pick who you train with and when! Be ready for the 30 minute power-packed workouts!
In addition to workouts, Boot Camp offers the opportunity to participate in the Weight Management Support Group for a complete health and fitness program.
